AWESOME article!! And so many benefits to not eating meat. The majority of people think "what do you eat" but those of us that have made the switch are left wondering why on earth anyone would'nt want to do it too!! Oh, and you write so well! You make my quotes actually sound good!
Rebecca, you should try being a vegetarian for a week and see how you like it! (If you want to) I think once you make up your mind to do it, it's pretty easy. :)
